What do you offer?
I offer one-to-one coaching and ongoing mentorship for women recovering from difficult relationships, who want to feel like themselves, heal and expand into best version of themselves they have no experienced before. We do this together in a partnership; combining practical tools, compassionate support and accountability, I’ll guide you step by step through entire process of healing and growth.
Who is this for?
My work is for women who feel stuck after a breakup, divorce, or emotionally difficult relationship and want to rebuild confidence, boundaries and self-trust, and simply create a better and happier life for themselves.
How does it work?
We meet once a week for coaching, energy healing, or integration, accountability and learning new practices for that week. Coaching sessions are about 60 minutes long, energy healing can be up to 120 minutes, depending what we do. There are two different lengths of a program to choose from, depending on your needs and commitment. You can checl all the details at my Programs page.
